Priya Entertainments proudly presents the premiere of 'Someday Somewhere - Jete Pari Chole', a movie by the director Sanghamitra Chaudhuri.
Her first upcoming film stars Paoli Dam, Saheb Bhattacharya, Shankar Chakravarty, Debjani Chatterjee, Biswajit Chakravarty, Soma Chakravarty, Souradeep Ghosh, Trishna Mukherjee and others. The film is written by Sanghamitra Choudhuri and Bappa Dasgupta and features music by Drono Acharya. D.Dev from Mumbai is the cinematographer.
The title 'Someday Somewhere Jete Pari Chole' is intended to appeal to an young audience and cross lingusitic barriers to non-Bengali viewers as well. Paoli Dam plays the lead role in the film, which is about the lives of eight people.The film is also in a way a travelog involving a pretty young girl travelling with her family on vacation. Subsequently some incidents happen whic are not expected, and some expected things fail to happen.

The event started off at 9AM at the Star Theatre. Consumer-affairs Minister
Sadhan Pandey and members from Sutanuti Parishad graced the occasion. The
Indian flag was hoisted. The minister gave away Uttoriyos to Sutanuti
Parishad members.
We all moved indoors thereafter. MAHUL band and their music filled up the
auditorium. Patriotic songs and poems were presented to the 150-odd crowd
present in the auditorium.
Food packets were given to the honorary guests and their acquaintances. The
backdrop was, in the meantime, brought outside and kept near the gate. A
signature campaign got started on the spot. People gathered around the
flex, signing and writing slogans on the flex, commemorating 15th August.
The program went on smoothly, the cooperation and coordination being
perfect. The event ended on a happy note.

As a part of our CSR activity, this year we successfully executed our first activity at Bioscope on 30.06.11. We picked up the children who were child domestic workers majorly, from Right Track, Mominpur - an associate of Save The Children at 11.30am. They reached Bioscope at around 12.30pm and were shown all the features of a multiplex. They were overwhelmed with the themes and paintings made on the walls of our screens. They roamed around Bioscope and observed all the activities in various departments in details. They were also served lunch and shown a popular recent Hindi Movie - "Double Dhamaal" which they enjoyed a lot.
