Priya Entertainments observed World AIDS Day in association with 'SAATHII' (Solidarity and Action Against The HIV Infection in India)- an NGO. The event at Sandhyatara- the open-air rooftop food court comprised of exhibition of musical documentary, short film, quiz, candlelight vigil, writing of messages etc. The event was designed to raise awareness about AIDS and preventive care through an infotainment route.

Priya Entertainments organised this event to contribute its bit to the kite-flying passion of North Kolkata that Star Theatre is part of on the day of Viswakarma Puja. Film star Rituparna Sengupta was present at this event to bring in the glamour quotient.
